Terms and Conditions
Anne Wilson confidently uses the Shopify platform for this website. Shopify are one of the worlds leading e-commerce providers and have been working to ensure your online safety and data protection for years.
Information shared with us remains completely confidential and in accordance with new European Union General Data Protection Regulation . No credit/payment card details are stored nor do we share customer details with any third parties unless required to do so to process your orders.
Prices shown are all in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
Our products and services are all subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will do our best to keep our site up to date with new products and remove old ones.
UK orders for the following amounts are as follows:
- Orders £0 - £20 cost £2.50
- Orders £20.01 - £40 cost £3.50
- Orders £40.01 - £100 cost £8.00
- Orders placed £100.01 and over will qualify for free shipping.
- European Union orders cost: £5.50
- Canada and USA orders cost: £7.50
- The Rest of the World orders cost: £8.00
Prices include handling costs and postage and packaging costs.
You are responsible for any import taxes or any other fees that you may have to pay for incoming international orders. We cannot guarantee a specific date for deliveries being made abroad.
Postage and Packaging
Final prices stated on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. Deliveries are made with the Royal Mail.
Our aim is to dispatch within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order when products are in stock. Please allow 5 days from the date of dispatch for UK delivery. If the items are needed sooner, please email us, and we will try our best to help you. Please allow longer for posting outside the UK mainland. Unfortunately although our aim is to keep our stock levels up to date, we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently. If an item is out of stock after ordering we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date, or give you the option of a refund if payment has been made, for the product that is no longer available. If any delays occur or if the item is not available you will be advised accordingly.
Giclee prints are printed to order, therefore please allow time for printing and also signing by the artist before it is sent on to you. This takes approximately one week.
We reserve the right to change delivery costs and postage methods at any time.
Payments from our customers will be taken before any items are dispatched from your order. Payments are handled through Paypal and we do not have access to your payment card or bank details. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of all orders secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unortharised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Damaged and Lost Items
If in any unlikely circumstances your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email. If any items are not delivered please wait 21 days from the date the order was made in case it has been delayed. If any goods are damaged please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If you receive goods damaged in transit, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's insurers. On receipt of a damaged parcel, please note that it was damaged on the delivery note, before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, please make sure that you sign for it as 'Damaged package / Goods not yet inspected' in order to warn the carrier that a claim might be made. Please contact us as soon as you are able to after delivery has been made, by email with as much details of the damage or loss as possible. We will then arrange replacement for the damaged goods and contact the carrier.
Please do not return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur unnecessary additional costs.
Exchanges and refunds
Goods can be returned within 21 working days from receipt. If you fail to do so within this time, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. A refund will be given minus the cost of the original postage, or an exchange given, provided that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in reasonable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. Please email us to receive an authorisation code for your returns.

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. We advise that you retain proof of postage when returning any items to us. They remain your responsibility until we receive them.
If in the event that the goods are not in reasonable condition, we reserve the right not to provide you with a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible.
A conformation email will be sent to you after placing an order and after despatch of an order.
